“My favorite medical school professors held the belief that patients honor us with the privilege of caring for them at times of great stress, and in obstetrics, times of great joy. I am grateful for the opportunity to help my patients at various stages of life. I enjoy caring for young patients and adolescents as they become young women and face those physical and emotional challenges. I am happy to help bring new life into the world, and I look forward to annual visits to catch up with women I have cared for over the years. As my patients approach menopause, I welcome the challenge of helping them through that transition as well. I especially appreciate learning new and better surgical techniques that help improve the quality of life for many patients. I am also grateful for improvements in vaccines and cancer screenings that prevent problems from occurring or find them at early, more curative stages.Women’s health is always interesting, changing, and challenging. I am proud to work at Lakeside with such wonderful patients and colleagues.”

Dr. Stone’s clinical interests include pediatric and adolescent gynecology, laparoscopic surgery, infertility, urinary incontinence, normal and high-risk pregnancy.

She speaks English, German, French and Portuguese.
